Run the whole business from one system
Sales, stock, purchasing and fixed assets post to the same general ledger the moment they're recorded, so your accountant and your warehouse manager are reading the same numbers.

A typical growing business keeps sales in one app, stock in a spreadsheet and the books in an accounting package, then spends the last week of every month making the three agree. MTK keeps all of it in one database, so the stock report and the balance sheet are built from the same records.
Every module shares the same records.
Finance, stock and purchasing in one system.
MTK comes as one system with all ten modules included. A goods receipt updates stock, the ledger and landed cost at the same moment, because every module reads and writes the same data.
General ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and multi-currency. Postings from every other module arrive here on their own, already coded to the right accounts.
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statement, produced from the ledger for any date range, one branch or all of them consolidated. Compare against last year or budget, and click any line to see the entries behind it.
Days inventory, days receivable and days payable are calculated from live balances and combined into your cash conversion cycle. Current ratio, quick ratio, gross margin and stock turns sit beside it, with a monthly trend for each.
Track stock by warehouse, bin, batch and serial number. When an item drops below its reorder point, MTK drafts a purchase order and waits for someone to approve it.
SKU 10‑442 is under its reorder point of 30 units
Spread freight, import duty, insurance and clearing charges across the items on a shipment, by value, weight, volume or quantity. Stock is then carried at what it cost to get onto your shelf, and margins are worked out from that figure.
Purchase orders are routed for approval before they go to the supplier. A supplier invoice is only released for payment after it matches both the PO and the goods received note.
Register each asset with its cost, location and the person responsible for it. MTK posts depreciation to the ledger every month, straight-line or declining balance, and records the gain or loss when you sell or write one off.
Scan the IMEI of every handset when it arrives, and MTK follows that unit through branch transfers, sales and warranty returns. Search one number to see where a phone came from and who bought it.

Drag invoices, receipts, contracts and photos onto any record. The file stays with the transaction, so an auditor can open the supplier's invoice straight from the journal entry.
Sales by branch, stock ageing, margins and cash position, drawn as charts you can filter by period, branch or product. Figures update as transactions post, and every report exports to Excel or PDF.
The same account on a laptop, a tablet or a phone
Accountants work in the full desktop layout. Warehouse staff count stock and scan IMEIs on a tablet, and managers approve purchase orders from their phones.

Less retyping, checking and chasing paper
Most month-end work in a growing business is copying numbers from one document to the next. MTK writes the vouchers and links the documents itself, so your team reviews instead of re-entering. Move the slider to estimate the hours at your volume.
Estimates based on typical manual handling times. Your numbers depend on your documents and how your team works today.

Set up approvals and reorders once
Write a rule like the one on the left in the workflow builder. MTK checks it every time stock moves, and each step it takes is logged with the time and the person who approved it. Approvals work from a phone, and any automated step can be reversed.
Who can see what, and who changed it
Permissions are set per role, branch and module. Every edit, approval and posting is stored with the user and the timestamp. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily.

Common questions
How long does it take to go live?
Most teams are live within a few weeks. We import your opening balances, item list and customers, and train each department as it comes on.
Do we have to set up every module at once?
No. Every module is included, and most teams switch on finance and inventory first, then turn on the rest as their staff are ready. Everything already shares the same records, so nothing needs moving later.
Does it handle multiple branches and currencies?
MTK supports several companies, branches, warehouses and currencies in one account, with consolidated reports across them.
Can MTK connect to the tools we already use?
Banks, payment gateways and online stores connect through built-in connectors. Anything else can use the open API or a scheduled spreadsheet import.
Can we get our data out?
You can export every table at any time as CSV or Excel. If you leave, we hand over a full export and delete our copy.
